Hino (J05, J08, A09) — Remote Tune

Remote ECM calibration for Hino diesel engines — J05, J08, and A09 series — as fitted across Hino 300, 500, and 700 series trucks in medium- and heavy-duty applications. Three calibration stages are available to suit economy, performance, or maximum output priorities.

What's included

• Stage 1 — Economy and baseline optimization. Fuel delivery and torque mapping are recalibrated for improved efficiency and smooth power delivery.
• Stage 2 — Enhanced performance. Increased torque output and stronger throttle response for improved loaded performance.
• Stage 3 — Maximum calibration. Full-range output tuning; emissions-equipment considerations are discussed and confirmed before the session.

How it works

Tuning is delivered via a live TeamViewer remote session. A compatible heavy-duty diagnostic interface, a Windows laptop, and a confirmed ECM revision are required. Scheduling and ECM confirmation are handled at booking.

For closed-course, competition, and off-road use only. Not intended for use on public roads where emissions regulations apply.
